Online Help Center
The biggest challenge of my career.
I had to develop an entire Online Help Centre for a software that was already in the market for 20 years and didn't have much documentation. The challenge was that the software is highly customizable by users using the settings available, and the software was further customized (terms used, special pages, etc.) for most of the clients. To overcome this it was decided that we wouldn't use any screenshots in Online Help to avoid confusion. Added to that there were a lot of inconsistencies in the terms used, page layouts and functionality. It isn't my finest work at the end of the day, but I'm really proud of what I achieved despite all the obstacles.

Created SOPs (text and flow-charts) for several companies under non-disclosure agreements. None of those are in the public domain, so I can't legally share them.
E-newsletter
Created the graphics, layout and did the typesetting for a bi-monthly (initially monthly) newsletter for the 7 years during which it was active.
